I'm attempting chicken, spinach, basil pizza tonight. Homemade crust, roasted garlic....I'm already drooling. Pics to come...:)

Updating our life

So it's sad that I haven't posted anything in almost a year. My goal is to update and post weekly.

I just had a great week with my babybear! I had the whole week off of work and we enjoyed every minute. We played outside and lyla loves that! She got brave and started running everywhere. I will post pics! We got her swing out and she actually fell asleep in it while daddy was pushing her. We made delicous cupcakes, worked on some crafty barrettes, and I got in the gym a few times too. Chris and i also got some good quality time together. He bought me some beautiful flowers just because. He is so thoughtful!
Unfortunetely my stay-cation is almost over but we get to go to my in-laws for a nice dinner tonight.

Enough about that...I want to share the delicious food I made this week. A yummy chicken manicotti with pesto and tomatoes, egg muffins, cupcakes of course, banana-apple crescents, manwich bake and some other yummy stuff. I will start posting recipes and pics soon. I hope you enjoy viewing my blog and I hope to keep posting regularly.

Today was not a great day...Babybear had hives (but didn't seem to bother her) I had a parent try to yell at me, I had a migraine, and couldnt get babybear's meds. It did get better, we had a great family dinner and I took babybear out and discovered nature together. She loves the wind. She smiles and giggles. She touched the leaves today. She is really funny when she discovers new things because she touches it very quickly and pulls her hand back, then does it over and over. She also started something new, she lays on the ground and puts her butt in the air. It is really the cutest thing ever.

Welcome friends and family! I wanted to start this blog to try to keep in touch with everyone. We all know that life is so busy, but we wanted to share the exciting moments in our lives with those we love. I hope to keep up with this regularly with pictures, stories, and videos.
